Designation: Fund Admin and Operations Executive

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full spectrum of accounting, recording and reconciling the Customer Cash flows

(Cash in/ out)

• Prepare and report timely and accurate Net Assets Values and ensure that it is reflecting

properly in the system

• Ensure Fees is debited on a periodic basis as per the Fund term sheets

• Completing period-end closing procedures and reports as specified

• Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances

• Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs.

• Work with Technology team to ensure high data quality

• Additional duties as necessary

Key skills we are looking for someone in this role:

• Microsoft Excel expert

• The candidate must be self-driven, be hands-on and motivated

• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

• Strong analytical skills and is comfortable dealing with numerical data.
