Role: SCOUTING AND INCUBATION MANAGER
Project: JANHIT JAGRAN
No. of Opening/s: 1, Full time role based out of Delhi

Time Commitment: 48 hours/week

Eligibility Criteria
Post Graduate in any discipline with basic understanding around the domain of social entrepreneurship and willingness to explore and contribute to it.
OR
Graduate in any discipline with at least two years of full time work experience, basic understanding around the domain of social entrepreneurship and willingness to explore and contribute to it.

Remuneration: 3.6-4.8 LPA; Will depend on qualification and experience

TOUGHHOPE CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED: Founded in 2016, we are a group of individuals organized as a private limited. We work with non-profits and corporate entities on their socially motivated projects and help them with process design, product development and on-ground delivery. We also help social start-ups and micro enterprises sharpen their vision, systems and processes. Our operations are distributed across three verticals.
1. Democracy Education and Active Citizenship
Jagran Youth Parliament: We work with young individuals across 11 cities to build democratic attitude, knowledge around institutions of democracy and non-violent communication. www.djyp.co.in
2. Incubation of Social Enterprises
Janhit Jagran: We incubate and nurture social enterprises, providing them with the platform to flourish and make an impact. www.janhitjagran.com
3. Publishing stories of Hope
Hope Stories: We aim to identify and publish stories of individuals, communities and organizations that have found hope in the most challenging times.

ABOUT JANHIT JAGRAN:
A Dainik Jagran initiative to encourage and support social entrepreneurs across nation. As an end to end scouting and incubation manager of Jagran Centre for Social Enterprise, a social enterprise incubator by Dainik Jagran, our team manages scouting of early-stage social enterprises. We support social enterprises through capacity building programs, networking with funders, donors, academics and conducting Monitoring and Evaluation. We aspire to build a pool of 15 sustainable social enterprises in the next five years. www.janhitjagran.com

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
• Be the face of the organization and manage all verbal, non-verbal communication with the client, its regional and national units.
• Create and share periodic project reports and updates with the client. Negotiate expectation and align them with growth strategy.
2. PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT:
• Identify, pitch and on-board incubators, accelerators, educational institutions, funders, donors as per the program need.
• Create and negotiate deliverables with client and partners for delivery.
• Monitor delivery for client and partners, troubleshoot and re-align expectations as per the requirements.
3. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
• Manage all external communication and forum representations for Jagran Centre for Social Enterprise and Janhit Jagran, on behalf of ToughHope.
• Manage ground operations for scouting campaign, including all city pitch events, regional pitches, local collaborations, data.
• Design messaging for external communication, selection pipeline, assessments.
4. INCUBATION MANAGEMENT:
• Deploy and manage processes for need assessment and performance review of social enterprises.
• Manage communication with incubates, incubation partners, funders and donors.
The candidate must be open to travel as per the need of the programme.
