We are looking for a competent Operations Specialist with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

BrandAid Events - An event management company with over a decade of experience having worked with some of the largest IT companies and retail brands in the country, large and established microbreweries as well as companies in the healthcare and travel space. With its goal of creating unforgettable experiences for its clients, BrandAid Events is now on a steep growth curve.

Responsibilities

Primary role: Client servicing, communication and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders – client, designers, external partners etc.

Secondary role: Content generation, appreciation of digital marketing and active involvement in building the firm’s brand.

Typical clients you’ll work with: Governments, Microbreweries, Tech Companies, Retail Brands.

 

Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mass Communication, but other streams are welcome. Post graduate degree isn’t necessary but wouldn’t be a hindrance. Extra-curricular activities in college would be of interest.
• Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in an operations or client servicing role.

• Proficient communicator in English – both the written and spoken word
• Willing to put in long hours
• Team player
• Proactive, takes ownership and initiative
• Able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders
• Multi-tasker – able to handle several projects, work streams at the same time
• Willing to learn

Evaluation process will be in three parts – Interviews, Case Study and Simulation.
