Functions/Responsibilities

  • Responsible   for promoting and selling insurance broking services wrt employee benefit , property , liability insurance  to the corporate
  • Interaction levels at senior manager / CXO levels
  • Responsible for gathering market intelligence, competitive analysis, operational and statistical know how.
  • Interdepartmental coordination with product , operations and insurance underwriting teams .
  • New account acquisitions and retention of allocated existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with prospects/clients to maximize the business
  • Cross-Selling to existing accounts.
  • Building synergy within RH group and referring qualified leads to respective teams.
  • Ensuring meeting customer expectations and delivery as per service standards.
