Work Description
● Pre­sales / Sales to onboard financial experts on the FrontPage platform.
● Interact with financial experts to understand their questions regarding FrontPage
platform and help them to onboard their financial services.
● Provide training support for the use of new reports and tools.
● Interact regularly with FrontPage communities. Moderate community conversations and
user questions.
● Report, analyze and interpret data on user experience, community participation.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management).
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree required. Business specialization preferred. 0­2 yrs of experience.
● Understanding of financial markets a definite plus.
● Outstanding communication skills and deep interest to learn about financial markets.
● Strong project management skills, self­motivated, adaptable, flexible and reliable.
