Functions/Responsibilities

1. Automate manual tasks

2. RCA and logs

3. Monitoring and ticket resolving, incident management

4. SQL queries to generate reports, data fixes,

5. Closely work with development team


Skills required

1. Very proficient in Shell scripts - AWK, GREP, SED, UNIQ commands

2. Very proficient in MySQL/SQL queries - Joins, Subqueries, clauses, orderby, groupby

3. Understanding of ITIL concepts, experience in production/application support
