What you'll do

• Ensure all Headout experiences are executed seamlessly
• Work with vendors to resolve any issues
• Drive greater efficiency through process improvements and automation
• Improve internal reporting by leveraging various SaaS tools

Who you are:

• Process-oriented: You love the idea of interworking systems and structured processes.
• Multi-tasker: You have excellent time management and prioritization skills and can handle multiple tasks with ease
• Problem-solver: You get shit done, no matter what.
• Operational experience gained in finance, marketing, operations or customer support
• Excellent written communication skills
