Skillsrequired: 

o   Experience in creating social media marketing strategies (Strategic approach is a must) 

o   Planning and execution of marketing campaigns 

o   Working experience with social media organic & paid campaigns and conversion rate optimization (CRO) 

o   Lead generation / product marketing with social media and email campaigns 

o   Ability to increase brand reach, engagement and conversion rate throughorganic and paid strategies 

o   Ability to collate, analyze and optimize marketing metrics and improve KPIs 

o   A good eye for details for content and visuals 

o   Ability to collaborate with the team as well as work independently 

o   Excellent communication and management skills  

o   Experience in direct client handling
