Functions / Responsibilities

We are a Corporate Entity since 1988 providing Man Guarding Service to various MNCs and Private Companies in Bangalore (Indiranagar & Electronic City), Mysore, Mangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum & Mumbai.

We are on the look out for young graduates for the post of Management Trainee and the Training will be for a period of 2 months here in Bangalore. During the two months training, we will be exposing them to,
1) The legal aspects of the business
2) The operational aspects of the business
3) The financial aspects of the business
4) The statutory compliance part of the business.

The responsibility of a Branch Manager, which they will become after one year of Service is,
a) To retain business
b) To fetch new business
c) To monitor the operations effectively & efficiently
d) To make profit to the Company.

Marketing and Sales will be a part of the job and after the 2 months internship training, they will be sent to various Branches for On-the-Job Training for 4 months in rotation to various Branches. After Training, they will be deputed to various places where our Branches are located and on our part, we will try to accommodate them to the State which they belong.
