Job Description:
Our Customer Care Executives play a crucial part in the mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Dudegenie.com customers. In a fun and fast­ paced environment, this position requires instant­messaging chat communication with customers. This is not a sales position– it’s a Customer Service position in a high­tech environment.

What you will be doing...

• Provide help and advice to customers using DudeGenie's protocols or services;


• Communicate courteously with customers by a mobile chat application;


• Handle customer complaints/ enquiries or requests;


• Issue refunds or compensation to customers, coordinate with vendors;


• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.


• Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.

 

What we need in you..

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal ­ Chat ­ Email ­ Written)


• Strong sense of customer empathy


• Good at google navigation


• Creativity and a good sense of humor will be an added advantage
