·         Analyze the current processes in the organization and suggest improvement initiatives in areas like knowledge management, management development and leadership development
·         Implementation of the OD Programs and effective people management processes
·         Assists in developing procedures for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting
·         Enable effective execution of key changes in HR processes and systems as part of change management programs
·         Focus on leadership competency development  through Strategic Thinking Competency Scorecards for the organization
·         Support and enhance matrix structure, capability assessment and development, developing role profiles including functional competency frameworks, designing career paths etc.
·         Support, and monitor development activities of individuals selected as successors towards the goal of developing "ready-now" candidates for all key positions
·         Responsible for creating and managing the scorecard which is a major contributor to the performance assessment of senior business leaders
·         Create and maintain process documents, process maps to ensure knowledge management in the team


Skills required




Domain of work

·         1-2 years of HR domain experience, in either OD or, consulting, or line HR

·         Full time PG professional qualification in HR from reputed institute
