Functions/Responsibilites
• Relationship development & management
- Assist Regional Heads in business development efforts.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers for business development
- Regular partner engagement with MISs & performance update sharing
- Liaising with Partners to roll out promotional offerings across product lines available at stores
- Proper relationship servicing
• Process Set-up & management
- Process set up at all partner counters & manage smooth operational processes at all stores
- Training of store staff on the product, process, proposition etc.
• Driving Commerce from Enrolled Retailers
- Monthly sales planning & sales promotion plan closure with each relationship
- Driving visibility @ point of sale
- Create metrics to drive store productivity, identify gaps and implement corrective measures
- Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets.
