In the current job market, companies need ‘thinking test engineers’, who have a strong base in test engineering, think logically, apply scientific testing techniques and possess good technical skills, to deliver value rather than people who know jargons and execute test cases using a tool or otherwise.
CleanSoft Academy the division of STAG Software is launching its third edition of “SmartTester Program”, a TEN week full day mentoring program to groom young graduates into confident sharp thinking software test professionals.
 
This is NOT a training program, it is a mentorship program where the participant will actively engage in a variety of problem solving exercises /experiments that include exploration & understanding, hypothesizing and proving, scientific design & evaluation, arguing, commenting, presenting, writing code, critiquing.
The program commences on March 28, 2016 and is limited to TWENTY participants. Education : B.E.,/ B.Tech.,(CS, IT, ECE)
Year of Passing : 2014, 2015, 2016
