Functions/Responsibilites

• In charge of creating and implementing Six Sigma strategy for the organization
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the entire organization's Six Sigma process
• Drive standardization and systematization of efficient operating processes via identification of best practices and driving implementation
• Work with the company's executives and stakeholders to determine specific goals and implement Six Sigma methodologies to reach them.
• Use Six Sigma methodologies to figure out the problems, analyze data and develop projects to improve the organizational practices of the company
• Identify and ensure implementation automation projects, process improvements and cost optimization opportunities
• Recommend new/ improvements to delivery models
• Hands-on with Ideation - Categorization - Prioritization - Sizing & Scoping of Improvement Projects
• Lead and execute high impact improvement projects ensuring timely closure and benefit realization
• Forecast financial / non-financial benefits from Lean, Six Sigma /other improvement initiatives/projects
• Deliver both financial & non-financial benefits on time, as estimated/forecasted
• Ensure Positive contribution to the company's gross margins and operating margins
• Help business/delivery units to identify Green Belts
• Conducting Lean Six Sigma training
• Coaching Six Sigma project teams to deliver tangible and impactful results
• Serve as a guide and drive capability enhancement of associates
• Actively participate in practice sharing & implementation

Skills required

• Graduate in any stream, preferably MBA
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a reputed institute/ company (Mandatory) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
• Must have done projects in Black Belt
• Hands-on experience in usage of Six Sigma and statistical tools
• 10 to 16 years of work experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (BPO/KPO domain experience is preferred)
• Excellent client management skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
