We are looking for a highly self-motivated, tech-savvy, app friendly, dynamic, and hyper organized individual who is looking to make his/her opinion count.

Loyalie is looking for business development associate who can collaborate on behalf of the company with other companies belonging to various industries, like food and Beverages, Beauty and Wellness, Health and Grooming, etc; and negotiate exciting deals that appeals to our clients' customers.

Should be able to:

*Identify potential leads and convert them into increased business.
*Do cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust  pipeline of opportunities. 
*Identify & meet potential clients by growing,maintaining,and leveraging your network.

All in all, we are looking for someone who can identify potential clients, set up meetings and close the deal.


Skills required:

*Should hold a Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
*Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
*Should have good networking skills
*Should exhibit strong leadership qualities 
*Should take initiative and be highly self - motivated 
*Should be a team player to ensure a smooth process flow and communication with other  teams
*Should be able to identify opportunities and meet stated individual goals within the  stipulated time
*Should have the ability to identify unique client needs and challenges in order to maintain a successful relationship with them
