About Life Colors:
Life Colors is a Premium School/College Portraits company since 2009. Life Colors is a pioneer in Custom School Picture products in India. After successful validation of the need and appetite for custom school picture products in Bangalore and Chennai, currently looking to expand the reach of the products in full scale across major cities in India, starting with Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Job Skills: Any degree. BBA/MBA Preferred. Apt for female candidates. Fluency in English. Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written. Desire to achieve. To work independently.
To carry themselves in front of elite professionals like Principal’s, CEO’s and Trustees. Desire to travel and meet executives in Educational Industry. Own transportation is a must.
Job Description:
? Understand Life Colors Custom School Pictures products – (Post job posting)
? Understand the locations and profiles of Schools in Bangalore
? To travel, meet and present Life Colors products to the decision makers of the Educational Industry
(Schools for now)
? Follow up with prospective schools via Telephone, e-mail and on-site visits
? Sign up Schools
? Communicate back to Life Colors office on a regular basis on the activities (e-mail preferred)
Compensation:
Life Colors will pay the candidate ?25.00 per student times the number of students buying the product(s).
(This is highest in Industry, equating to almost 25% of the product cost). As Life Colors is currently employing many marketing staff in many cities, all compensation will be paid only after the receipt of money from the customers after delivery of the products. This is important to understand and agree prior to applying for the job.
Sample compensation scenario: A successful candidate on an average can acquire 20 Schools in a year to sign up for one of the Life Colors products. A typical school on an average has a strength of anywhere from 1000-2000 students. Taking a bare minimum of 1000 students, the compensation would be ?25.00 * 20 * 1000 = 5,00,000.00 and taking a median of 1500 students the compensation would be ?25.00 * 20 * 1500 = 7,50,000.00 and so on.
There are no limit to number of Schools a Marketing candidate can acquire in a year.
Bonus Potential: Some schools are part of a chain and the candidate will have the opportunity to bear fruits from the chain of schools with just one marketing deal. Market potential: Custom School Pictures products are fairly a very new concept in India. In US alone currently this is a billion dollar industry per annum. With India having one Lakh private schools provides
Life Colors with a tremendous opportunity. In Bangalore alone there are about 250 – 300 institutions who are high potential customers for Life Colors and as such provides the Marketing candidates an opportunity to grab more than one Crore in compensation.
Market Competition: Only one competitor for Life Colors. Kodak International. Given the quality of the products are similar, based on the price and services, Life Colors ranks way above Kodak in many ways and is fast winning customers from Kodak.
Job Summary: Life Colors expects the Marketing candidate to be fluent in English. Excellent in oral and written skills. As the candidate will be meeting regularly the executive class of people like Principal’s, CEO’s, Trustees and Board members, should be able to conduct professionally and should be able to present Life Colors products and in an able manner to close the deal.
