Functions/Responsibilites

Configuring and Customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX /SAP B1 application to achieve the business requirements. These requirements can be generated via our Live Implementation/ Product/ Support department.

Defining, designing, testing and implementing industry specific solutions on Microsoft Dynamics platform/SAP B1;

Compiling and maintaining programs, system and user documentation;

Advising and assisting in setting up an information system or parts thereof;

Internal and external knowledge;

Adhering to quality procedures;

Up-to-date knowledge on relevant MS products (especially MSD);

Providing support to customers in case of questions or emergencies;

Ability to work independently and as a team (in a multicultural environment)

Skills required

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV/SAP B1

Knowledge of and experience with. NET

Good communication skills

Accurate, stress resistant, solution-oriented

Customer focused

Domain of work

BE/B.Tech/MSc-IT/ MCA/BCA/BSc/Diploma in Computer Application
