Learning and Development Administrator
Role:
The Learning and Development Administrator will be part of the L&D Team at Prashaste.
The role of a Learning and Development Administrator is to provide an efficient and professional support service to the Prashaste
Learning and Development team. The L&D Administrator will possess both excellent co-ordination and communication skills, have a
proactive and professional approach and work effectively within a team.
Primary Responsibilities
The L&D administrator will:
Liaise with a wide range of empanelled experts and trainers at Prashaste
Create training collaterals, presentations, handouts and other resources to support peoples learning and development
Coordinate logistics for all the learning and development events including preparation of course materials, room bookings,
internal trainers' diaries, external trainer bookings
Generate comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of the training program
Track and monitor training expenses ensuring alignment to budget
Document and maintain L&D processes and procedures
Required Profile
BBM/BBA graduate with (0-1) years experience
Should have held a position of responsibility in the college
Skills Knowledge & Experience:
Technical:
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Behavioral:
Exceptional organizational skills with sound ability to prioritize work load
Passion to create value and willingness to unlearn and learn is critical
Powerful verbal/written/presentation/networking skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in teams
CTC
The CTC of the individual will be 4-5 Lacs per annum commensurate with the qualification and experience of the individual and will
be decided prior to the joining of the individual.
