ABOUT PIN CLICK:

Pin Click is the third largest property advisor in the residential segment with offices in

Bangalore and Pune. We advise clients on investments in residential properties of Tier 1

Developers like Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Purvankara among others. We also manage the real

estate residential assets of owners and provide assistance in property management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. We have an in-

house training program for people who do not have a real estate background.

We are hiring for the following roles:

Property Advisory: The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various

residential projects of Tier 1 developers. Two wheeler mandatory

Inside Sales: The role requires advising owners of real estate assets on asset management

including rental property management.

Tenant Advisory: The person engages with potential tenants who are showcased residential

assets under management and transactions closed with them. Two wheeler mandatory

COST TO COMPANY:

Fixed Salary : 1,80,000 INR per annum

+ Allowances : 42,000 INR per annum

TOTAL COST : 2,22,000 INR per annum

(EXCLUDING INCENTIVES)

Incentives: Start at 15,000 INR per month ( potential 1,80,000 per annum) and increase based

on performance

TOTAL EXPECTED CTC - ( 2,22,000+ 1,80,000) i.e. 4,02,000 INR Per Annum.
