Position: Junior Accounting Specialist
Education: B. Com with 60% | MBA in finance with 60%
Experience: 0 - 6 Months (Preferably 2015 – 16 Pass outs)

Essential Responsibilities:

ï‚· Enter and process client accounting transactions in the appropriate accounting software on

a regular and timely basis.

ï‚· Monitor the portal for assigned clients on a regular basis to ensure all transactions are

processed in a timely manner.

ï‚· Develop technical competency with GAAP and various accounting software systems used to

provide the FAO services.

ï‚· Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional

manner.

ï‚· Communicate proactively with other firm associates regarding open items, problems, or

other important matters in a timely manner.

ï‚· Adhere to prescribed budgets and deadlines.

Qualification, Skills, Experience and Competencies Required

ï‚· Active communicator and a great team player

ï‚· Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively

ï‚· Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

ï‚· Ability to work under tight deadlines

ï‚· Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with the team

ï‚· Ability to be flexible with scheduling to meet workflow demands

ï‚· Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor

ï‚· Ability to maintain client confidentiality, personal objectivity and professional skepticism

Employment Type:

ï‚· Candidates will be hired as interns

ï‚· Initial training period will be for 6 months

ï‚· Candidates will be deployed as Full Time Employee’s after the training period

ï‚· Candidates should be willing to join us for fulltime work by mid of March 2017
