Position:Technical Recruiter (Full-time)

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Monthly incentive

Job Location: Jeevan Bheema Nagar, off Indiranagar / Domlur (Bengaluru)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST

Compensation: INR 22,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes and connecting with candidates
• Engaging with candidates to understand their interests and career aspirations
• Suggesting jobs to them that are available on our platform with our partner companies
• Follow up with them through the entire recruitment cycle
• Post offer engagement and joining
• We use next gen recruiting software and do not work on traditional Naukri, Monster or Dice kind of job portals.

Required Skills:

1. Strong english communication skills - written and oral
2. Great inter-personal skills
3. Go getter
4. Prefer candidates with good knowledge of technologies 
5. Minimum 65% in academics throughout
6. No backlogs ever
