Role Statement: Seeking World-Class Content Writing for Training and Consulting Firm based out of Bangalore

Rahul Kapoor is looking to hire a smart, savvy, full time Content Writer to join its fast growing team to help us with our new website which address the need for people engagement in organizations by focusing on experiential rather than theory programs.

Job responsibilities:

1. Writing, scheduling, and posting content online - Maintaining company web pages and blogs.

2. Helping to develop & document procedures to manage web content.

3. Contributing and updating the company’s social sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and helping

to plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals.

4. Moderating user-generated content.

5. Keeping up-to- date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.

6. Coordinate the content design & publishing of company newsletters (internal & external) via bulk emailing software.

7. Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, analytics reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc. as needed.

Job requirements:

ï‚· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

ï‚· Experience in writing for the web, content management and internet research.

ï‚· Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing.

ï‚· Keeping up-to- date on SEO best practices and work with internal team to implement these into their content.

ï‚· Previous proven experience on creating content and copy for a range of online mediums including blogs, website, info graphics, online videos and social media campaigns.
