Internal Communications Specialist

 

Job description

 Experience:

·         3-6  years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role

·         Should have worked on Marketing Content communication mailers..

 

 

Ness Digital Engineering is looking for an experienced communications professional to be part of our Marketing & Communications team based out of Bangalore and supporting communications globally.

 

Some of the key result areas include, but are not limited to:

·         Support the development and management of internal communications channels such as emailers supporting various departments, intranet, employee newsletter, company-wide announcements, internal social media tools etc.

·         Identifying and facilitating with other marketing team members relevant opportunities to leverage internal content for external marketing purposes (where appropriate; e.g. highlighting CSR activities, transforming interesting technology articles from employee newsletter into blog posts)

·         Support communications surrounding internal communications events, such as All Hands, Senior Management Group Meetings, tech events and celebrations

·         Proactively work with peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and communication goals assigned

·         Interact with the leadership team on internal communications (The candidate must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with multiple teams and senior leaders)

 

Education:

1.       Bachelor's degree required, a post graduate degree or diploma in communications is preferred

2.       Excellent written and oral communication skills

3.       Excellent project management skills

4.       Skilled in ensuring a collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of various teams

5.       Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel

6.       Self-driven with the ability to be both strategic and execution oriented

7.       Working knowledge of MS Office (word, xls, ppt. etc.) Office 2013 will be an added advantage
