Functions / Responsibilities

Purpose of Role:

Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company


Description of Role:

1. Primary responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan

2. Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan

3. Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan

4. Understand, Monitor, & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Caree Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency Structure

5. Generate revenue and acquire new customers for Life and Non Life Division

6. Ensure Non Life Revenue is at 30% of the Life Revenue Target

7. Review with Reporting Manager on a weekly basis

8. Conduct meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis


Competencies:

1. Sales orientation

2. Team Management

3. Business Acumen


Education & Experience:

1. Minimum Graduate

2. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience

3. Self motivated and able to handle pressure
