Role 1: Creative writer/ script writer/screen writer

Key skills required - Creative thinking, superb visualisation, passion for writing, great comprehension, good command over English, ability to tell stories, good research skills, ability to paraphrase. Must be able to think wild and not just stereotype stories. good illustration skills would be an added advantage, should be able to adhere to timelines. Being proactive in helping team members

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop scripts ideas on their own or build on briefed/existing ideas when writing scripts,
• Provide story/script proof reading in detail - including the moods of the characters and build onto it based on the feedback.
• Provide synopsis of several scenes of a story.
• To rewrite or make various versions of the script.
• Illustrate stories to come up with a story board
• Present the script to clients, and take feedback including trying to convince the team/client with conviction
• Come-up with ideas for marketing - create projects pro-actively
• Help the PR for the company with efficient writing of company outward communication, if required
• Being proactive in helping team members

Role 2: Public Relations Manager / Marketing Manager

Key skills required - Creative thinking, Networking, Relationship management, expert communicator,   great at research, knowledge of both online (social media) and offline marketing channels, good command over English, friendly to talk to . Being proactive in helping team members

Job Responsibilities:

• create and implement a marketing strategy to manage the brand image
• implementing both online and offline marketing strategies
• create and handle events to create brand ambassadors for the Brand
• create online blogs and propose videos etc to help in marketing outreach
• create tieups with other blogs and related companies/entities
• Forming alliances and collaborations with related parties
• Should be able to adhere to timelines

Role 3: Video Editor

Key skills required - Expert video editing with Premier Pro. Good with understanding footage, audio mixing, knowledge of motion graphics and typography would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• understand the brief of the project and create an editing plan based on that
• scrub the footage and implement a Digital Asset management strategy - including segregating the footage into good and not so good etc
• edit the video based on the brief - including colour correction and sound mixing
• deliver the edited video within the given timeline
• Being able to encode videos in a variety of formats
• study and comeup with a better working strategy to ensure faster working
• Being able to creatively make crisp videos while editing

Role 4: Cinematographer / Cameraman

Key skills required - Passion towards camera work and attention to detail. Must have a knowledge about lighting and various aspects of Film Making like cameras, functionalities, lenses, rigs, stabilisers and lights. Must know DSLR camera handling. Knowledge of Audio handling, editing etc would be an added advantage, Being proactive in helping team members

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare shot break down for each scene
• Shoot the required shot in the given amount of time
• Plan the shoot to ensure it is completed in the required time
• Manage the multiple rigs required to film motion pictures
• Use correct exposure, lens and the equipment for the required shot
• Manage the equipment and be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance

We also have positions open for video anchors and some long term internship positions for assistant directors and line producers as well which would provide brilliant exposure to students in the media studies.
