Provides technical expertise to the project team. This includes the recommendation of solution alternatives and the identification of risks.
ï‚· Providing progress reporting to the team lead and Project Manager/Lead during the project lifecycle
ï‚· Schedules and facilitates solution walkthroughs.
ï‚· Follow software quality process and methodology standards, including those for design, data quality, code, version control, defect/change request tracking,



Skills required


B.E/B.Tech
ï‚· 8 years overall experience with minimum 3 years in ServiceNow
ï‚· ServiceNow development & platform support
ï‚· ITSM domain & Business services knowledge
ï‚· Agile methodologies & DevOps
