Job Description

Position: US Recruiter

• 0-3 years’ experience in any domain and interest in a career in recruiting.

• Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customer's requirements

• Calling candidates in the US (or other international markets) and discuss job openings over the phone.

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.

• Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates

• Post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates

• Develop creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunities

Specifications:

• Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

• Experience: 0 – 3 Years

• Transport: Free transport. Door pickup and drop.

• Work Location: Bangalore

• Shift Timings- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM OR 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

                           Fixed Sat & Sun Off.
