Functions / Responsibilities
This is a customer facing role requiring high energy, result focus, target orientation and good communication skill with exceptional customer relationship management. The role centers around engaging with customers walking in the stores and pitching relevant products at the kiosk upon correctly identifying their needs.
The job role shall also be required to manage sales efforts, co-ordinate activities with promoters, store staff or marketing promotions to draw customers to visit the kiosk as well as anchoring customer meetings outside the store generated by these staff, promotions or promoters. He/She shall be responsible for overall sales volume delivery from the store.
The results include, but are not limited to, achieving stated new business targets but also renewals, product mix and quality of business.
Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance sales team productivity through coaching, performance reviews, and improving team member skills with on the job training and promoting talent for the future
2. Demonstrate and effectively communicate policies, vision, values and direction consistent with organizations goals
3. Work effectively, amicably with the non-life sales representatives as well as store staff on the floor to gain their support in helping the business
4. Be up to date with policies, processes and tools related to area of work and ensure the same for team members
5. Handling of customer service requirements, complaints and grievances to their satisfaction and within the time frame specifies by the organization
6. Renewal collection and proper documentation and sales representation to the customers
7. Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Graduate or diploma holder from an accredited institution or recognized university
Knowledge & Skills:
1. Ability to manage and influence cross-functional relationships
2. Ability to interpret reports perform simple analysis using MS Office tools
3. Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and store authorities
4. Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations
5. Roaster management and prioritization of activities
Specific Job Requirements:
1. Sunday working with compensatory off in the weekday
2. Learning of Big Bazaar work-ways and store operting guidelines
