Functions / Responsibilities

This is a customer facing role requiring high energy, result focus, target orientation and good communication skill with exceptional customer relationship management skills. The role centers around engaging with customers walking in the stores and pitching relevant products at the kiosk upon correctly identifying their needs.

Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Generate innovative approaches to attract and engage customers to come to the FG Kiosk inquiring about our offerings

2. Identify and use innovative enhancing sales pitch and activities to generate customer interest

3. Demonstrate and effectively communicate policies, vision, values and direction consistent with organization goals

4. Work effectively, amicably with the non-life sales representatives as well as store staff on the floor to gain their support in helping the business

5. Be up to date with policies, processes and tools related to area of work and ensure the same for team members

6. Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Knowledge & Skills required:

1. Ability to manage and influence cross-functional relationships

2. Ability to interpret reports perform simple analysis using MS Office tools

3. Ability to communicate effectively 

4. Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations

5. Prioritization of activities

Specific Job Requirements:

1. Sunday working with compensatory off in the weekday

2. Learning of Big Bazaar work-ways and store operating guidelines
