Functions/Responsibilities
Provide ServiceNow application support and
training to internal users
Troubleshoot and develop solutions related to
ServiceNow applications, processes, and data
Collaborate with Service Center to develop and
maintain knowledge documents for incident workarounds and known issues
Follows up on issues to make sure they are
resolved in a timely fashion
Provides application support to various corporate/internal
departments (IT, Accounting, Pricing, etc.)
Assists with testing and documenting new
functionality added to the system
Collaborates with development team to escalate
complex issues
Skills required
3-5 Years customer/user Support experience
1-3 Years ServiceNow experience
Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident,
Change, Problem)
Excellent communication skills
Domain of work
