Functions/Responsibilities

• Consults on complex projects and plays a lead technical role on critical projects, which may have cross-pyramid impact to provide project knowledge and expertise to key partners
• Directs current system and platform analysis and leverages that information for design decisions
• Creates technical solutions based on client's needs and feasibility
• Prepares recommendations for implementation of the systems solution within TTS

Skills required

• Provides technical leadership in platform break/fix support (ID problem, resolve). Receding role in other support phases
• Provides technical leadership in executing infrastructure projects and processes (requirements, design, review, build). Growing role in Idea/concept phase. Receding role in other project phases

Domain of work

• Four year college degree
• Ten + years systems and programming, technical support or implementation experience in either applications, technical services or telecommunications area
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical teams
