Functions / Responsibilities

Lotus Group is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Associate for its International branch office in Bangalore, India to enhance pre-sales initiatives for the Domestic and International markets. 

Sales Analysts are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team to identify prospective customers for our professional solutions, which could drive progressive sales for the organisation.

 

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Create and own responses to Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Proof of Concept (POCs), SoWs or Work Orders while working on assigned accounts 


ï‚· Demonstrate ability to understand & articulate client environment, challenges & requirements to provide solution/proposal to address client needs 

ï‚· Acquire data on leads/prospects across multiple sources and partnerships; Define and build prospect/lead prioritization by customer segmentation and targeting 

ï‚· Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and evangelizing Lotus Group products and services to existing and prospective customers to drive revenue 

ï‚· Exhibit strong technical and functional expertise during the entire sales process and work directly as part of Sales Team to provide required analyses during the entire sales cycle 

ï‚· Primary expectations also include knowledge management, pipeline tracking/updates & continuous process improvement 

ï‚· Creating and validating case studies and updating proposals to match requirements 

ï‚· Develop & successfully roll out innovative presentations, collaterals, awareness campaigns & promotions 


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 

2+ years of relevant work experience in pre-sales position (experience in cross-border remote sales/ Inside Sales/ Concept selling is preferable) 

ï‚· Must possess ‘Hunter Mentality’ and have experience with prospecting and lead generation 

ï‚· The candidate should have experience organizing and extracting insights for cross industry clients through: client engagement, market trends analysis, competitive analysis, and client research 

ï‚· Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting is a must 

ï‚· Must be enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences 

ï‚· Ready to relocate to Bangalore
