Experienced Content & Social Media Specialist in Bengaluru (On site only)

Job Description: Work in a dynamic, creative and fast paced environment while providing a wide variety of high quality content across different event based projects. Experience in the events industry is a bonus. This job is based in Bengaluru at the headquarters of Wings Group of Companies. Please note that this is not a remote job.

- PG Graduates with internship experience

- UG Graduates with work experience in the related field.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualise winning strategies for event pitches that consist of unique themes, groundbreaking concepts and trendsetting ideas that are in line with client requisites.

2. Work with the marketing team in planning and delivering a detailed communication calendar that entails content for digital (emails, journals, blogs, articles etc.) & print creatives (posters, banners, standees, backdrops etc.) for virtual, on ground and hybrid events respectively.

3. Provide detailed MC scripts for events and descriptive VO scripts for video production as per the brief provided by the marketing team.

4. Plan year long social media campaigns for marketing and promotional purposes that includes a variety of post categories with the right SEO best practices that result in successful, engaging & viral strategies for high conversion metrics.

5. Actively track and analyse user engagement data in the social media space and ensure that the existing social media campaigns are fine tuned and tweaked to deliver highly targeted campaigns for better reach and engagement.

6. Deploy SEO best practices to develop and build website content to drastically improve page rankings while frequently monitoring page ranking and engagement metrics to ensure that the content is improved and updated to improve page rankings.

7. Assist with providing effective internal communication content from time to time at the request of the HR and management.
