Villgro is India’s oldest and one of the world’s largest social enterprise incubators. We support innovative enterprises that solve critical issues faced by the poor. Functions/Responsibilities

If your mission in lives is to touch at the bottom of the pyramid, then this could be your calling! We require someone who can assist in acquiring new donors for us.

Donor Management:
â—‹ Liaise with Portfolio Managers to ensure preparation of high quality donor reporting.
â—‹ Track reporting timelines and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
â—‹ Track agreement tenets to ensure adherence to terms.
â—‹ Maintain centralized system for all contracts, agreements, addendums, and reports.

● Donor Engagement:
â—‹ Identify opportunities to engage and develop relationships with donors.
â—‹ Cultivate donor relationships aimed at deepening, strengthening and expanding the
relationship.

● New Donor Acquisition:
â—‹ Conduct research and keep a pulse on the donor eco-system in order to identify
opportunities for new donor acquisition
â—‹ Outreach and information gathering
â—‹ Preparation of concept notes, proposals, other documentation as needed

Skills required

Required qualifications and skills:
● Bachelor degree is a must
● Minimum 3 years of experience in donor management, grant writing, fundraising
● Donor Relationship Management
● Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
