1) Understanding the customers' requirements and interfacing with them, both on voice and email, to help them with their planning & booking.

2) Building domain expertise on LifeIsOutside's offerings and work towards driving conversions.

3) Building a strong relationship with various client stakeholders.

4) Building strong business relationships with suppliers.

5) Handling day to day operations and follow-ups efficiently and effectively.

6) Think up innovative product and customer engagement ideas.

7) Constant research and coordination with colleagues to keep a track of supply of new destinations and properties.

8) Liaising with the event execution team to ensure smooth execution of the outing.

9) Coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely invoicing.

Skills required

1) Excellent command over the English language - both written and verbal

2) Strong organizational skills with a maniacal attention to detail and ability to multi-task

3) Good client interfacing and people management skills

4) Strong analytical skills with an ability to think out of the box

5) Energetic, creative, self-motivated, persuasive, persistent

6) Good negotiating and convincing skills
