Functions/Responsibilities

  • Selling training programs to corporates, Educational Institutes, Hospitals, Sports academies
  • Generate leads
  • Design training concept
  • Develop contact with HR Heads & Sales heads
  • Understand Training need and design Intervention
  • Negotiate with client, vendors and empanel trainers
  • Develop training Outline with help of trainers/content team
  • Maintain long term relationships and promote the organization within Regular MIS updates
  • Empanel trainer selection and vendor selection keeping in mind, cost ratio


Skills required

  • Person with 0-4 years of experience in selling educational programs with MBA/PGDM or Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree
  • Person having handled sales team in earlier company.
  • Responsible for achieving region targets
  • Should be able to motivate team.
  • Excellent communication skills and aggressive
  • Should be good in MS- Excel
