We are looking for candidates to join our Deal Strategy and Restructuring Practice within Deal Advisory in the Bangalore office.

Qualification

B.Com,BBA,BSc,MBA (with Bachelors in Engineering/Planning)

Skills Required

Demonstrated experience (1 to 5 years) in working on consulting and advisory engagements (experience in International Property Consulting Firms, Real Estate Consulting  and/or infrastructure consulting firms will be an added advantage). General understanding of Real Estate sector & Sub-Sectors. Working knowledge of financial modelling / financial analysis, understanding of real estate project life cycle.

Understanding of the real estate market of the South India with experience in conducting Real Estate Feasibility, Optimal Land Use studies, Highest and Best use studies, Valuations for Occupiers, developers, investors/funds etc.

Good working knowledge of English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking), MS office (Word, excel and PPT).

Knowledge of Kannada (speaking) will be an added advantage.
