Job Role                               : Quality Controller/Quality Analyst (KANNADA / MARATHI)

Process                                : Subtitling

Designation                       : QC Analyst (Contract 6 Months)

No Of Positions                 : 10

Location                               : Bangalore (Prime Focus Technologies, Bilekahalli)

Shift                                       : Night Shift Only.

Salary Range                      : 20 – 27K Per Month.(Depending upon the role we offer the salary vary).

 

Fresher / Exp. person who is willing to Join us for the given salary and can join by Monday (22 Oct 2018).

 

 Subtitles  translate the dialogue/narrative of a film/TV show for viewers. They  appear as text at the bottom of the  screen while content is playing  out.

The position involves proofreading English subtitles created for Kannada/Marathi.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·          Working on maintaining consistency of terminology while translating.

·          Quality assuring, proofreading and editing final translated versions and providing feedback as necessary to required team members.

·          Providing process improvement ideas for faster and quality output

·          Should be able to prioritize work as per deadlines

·          Retaining and developing knowledge on specialist areas of transcription

·          Mentoring new team members on the floor on translation knowhow as necessary

Job Requirements:

 

·          Translating various English movies/Shows /series.

·          Native fluency in Kannada/Marathi/Hindi/Bengali/Gujarati.

·          Good English comprehension skills.

·          Good English composition and grammar.

·          Basic knowledge of computers.

·          Basic typing skills, speed of >45 words per minute.

·          Good English vocabulary.
