We  now would like to explore the possibility of recruiting post-graduates  program students of Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,  Botany and Zoology) who have completed their MSc in 2018.

 

 

I  would hence request you to please share this information with your  students and on hearing back from you, we may initiate the recruitment  process.

 

Relevant details for campus recruitment are listed below for your information.

1. Minimum eligibility requirement for campus recruitment is 60% or CGPA 6 from SSLC onwards.
2. Good communication skills in English & Kannada (Both Oral & Written)
3. Passion for teaching

 

Selection Methodology:

 

We will be following a 3-tier selection process as given below.

 

• First Round: An objective type test of 120 min duration to assess the mental ability, aptitude of the candidates.
• Second round: Thereafter candidates will be evaluated for their subject knowledge, communication skills, willingness to learn through personal discussion.
• Third round: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a written test in the subject of specialization, covering the curriculum, give a demo lecture on a topic of the candidate’s choice and to attend a personal interview.

 

      The provisionally selected candidates will undergo an intensive Training Program at BASE Bangalore. These candidates will undergo training on various aspects of teaching including subject matter, class room handling, language and soft skills. After successful completion of the training program, they will be appointed as Lecturers across the various programs offered by BASE at a compensation package which will be the best in the industry.

 

Candidates during their training period will be eligible for

1.   Monthly stipend of INR 15,000

2.   Furnished rent-free accommodation near the training venue for the duration of training period

3.   BASE offers career growth by sponsoring the PhD program for select employees.
