Job Description for Executive – Human Resource (Role – Talent Acquisition)

Job Responsibilities:

- Aggressively drive the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offers.
 - Identify candidates based on skill/competency and knowledge
 - Conduct needs analysis with the stakeholders - prioritizes critical positions, and skill sets
 - Partner with stakeholders to align compensation practices and ensure equity in hiring decisions.
 - Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open position.
 Knowledge/Skill/Attitude:
 - Self-starter - you will be expected to run the show on your own
 - Willingness to work in a start-up environment

- Positive attitude
 - Fresh MBA in HR / MHRM / MSW
