Job Title: Online Reputation Management - Non Voice Support Executive

A day in the life:
You will be the custodian of our online reputation on the following online channels: Email and Social
Media Management.
In this role, you will be directly interacting with our guests on our online channels and will be taking care
of critical written communication across the same. You’ll also ensure that you pass on timely feedback
from the guests to various internal teams.
Who are we looking for?
● Enthusiastic and passionate about interacting with guests across email and social media.
● Ability to work as part of a team to maintain our online reputation and solve guest-related
issues raised online.
● Seek to explore and innovate our approach to how we handle online communication.

What you’ll need:
● Work Experience: 0-3 years, preferably in a customer relationship/ service oriented role
● Strong command of the English Language and online written communication
● Exposure to social media/ e-mail communication
● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
