Profile: Project Manager Grade: Mid-Level Executive
The position requires experience of managing and operating large projects in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with government departments for project implementation
• Coordinate with government schools for project implementation
• Create implementation plan, coordinate with senior management, and implement
• Manage a team of 14 career counselors to implement the project
• Reporting project development from time to time
• Create tools to track the project development
Education: No preferred education background though preference to be given to candidates who have completed
fellowships program.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in high pressure with deep expertise on
operating projects in education sector
Remuneration: Salary no constraint for right candidate
Experience/ Commencement: 4-8 years minimum proven record; immediate joining. Candidate should be willing
to travel across Karnataka State on project requirement and willing to work in development projects.
