Functions/Responsibilities


  • Hire director, DoP and all crew to work with him/her to strategize bringing the film to life
  • Negotiate the hiring of talent in front of and behind the cameras
  • Serve as a liaison between agency and client
  • Represent the team with clients and make presentations when appropriate
  • Negotiate fees based on budgetary restraints
  • Take charge in the hiring of professional talent like actors, singers, and voice over personnel
  • Stay current with the latest trends in publishing, advertising, marketing and internet techniques


Skills required

- Seeing a project through completion - right from the conceptualisation of an IP to the delivery of the final project.

- Negotiating commercials with all vendors involved.

- Overlook and supervise all post-production process.
