We, at Flexiple, are an IIM Ahmedabad startup and help companies hire top quality freelance designers & developers.


Over the past two years or so, we have grown considerably and have built a solid customer base. Now, we are aiming higher, and want to add more zeal to the sales team in the form of Community Managers whose primary tasks will be to manage and build our community of freelancers. The compensation is competitive and we are offering 2017/ 2018 graduates Rs 3.6 Lakhs per annum to join the team. We are looking to onboard graduates within the next 15 days itself.

COMMUNITY MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

We, at Flexiple (www.flexiple.com), are looking for 2 Community Managers who will be working on onboarding freelance designers and developers onto Flexiple’s curated community. Their role would be to source candidates, assess the freelance leads’ skill sets basis competency and availability and to conform to reporting standards at Flexiple. The role would be based out of Flexiple’s Bangalore office.

Our talent are alumni of firms such as Amazon, Adobe and Microsoft, and also fast-growing tech startups, having held various roles ranging from Senior Software Engineers, Chief Architects to CTOs.

The aim is to make quality as the backbone of the freelancing ecosystem.

What you will do?

> Source freelancer leads for onboarding through various social media sources and outbound activities.

> Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage the onboarding pipeline and streamline the flow of leads from one stage to another.

> Verification of freelancer leads and ensuring the leads are as per Flexiple’s guidelines & removing the ones who do not fit the bill.

> Interacting with freelancer leads and gauging their communication skills and competencies across the parameters defined by Flexiple.

> Keeping freelancer profiles updated and creating profiles for community members to share them with clients.

> Manage the CRM used and keep it updated while keeping track of freelancer activities on social media.

> Work on engaging the freelancer community to keep them updated about Flexiple and build their interest in Flexiple & related activities done by the company.

Who you are?

> Self-motivated, hardworking and energetic individual willing to go the extra-mile to ensure utmost client satisfactions.

> Working knowledge of Excel, Facebook, LinkedIn/ Twitter.

> Good communication skills and ability to communicate properly in English and one native language.

> A 2017/ 2018 graduate and having at least one internship experience or more in a private organization.
