Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts-Admin Executive for our fast-growing Luxury Property Management firm.

We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, well organized, hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time.

You will be responsible for all our accounts activities.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Maintaining Accounting Records/Bookkeeping

Maintain all incoming and outgoing records. Responsibilities include deposit and rent collection; payments for vendors, association maintenance, utility bills across all properties; manage petty cash; update financial dashboards; generate rent receipts. Manage rental and deposit payments.

• Statutory Payments

Ensure that TDS, Service Tax payments are made in a timely manner and the same is filed.

• Documentation/taxes

Track all property tax payments, khata/Bescom transfers, etc.

• Petty Cash & Vendor Accounts handling

Requirements:

Knowledge of accounting applications like Tally, Zero,etc.

• Sound knowledge of how to compute tax liability & ascertain service tax liability, preparing tax challans, filing service tax/TDS, etc
• Pleasant personality, confident and well-spoken individual. Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Very well organized

Education and Experience:

Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/allied subjects, or certified training for Accounts Executive

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹150,000.00 to ₹200,000.00 /year
