Basic Requirements:
· Qualification: Candidates who have completed Graduation, Post Graduation ( Any Discipline).
· YRS of EXP: Fresher, or 6 months of exp is considered.
· NP : Joining at the earliest.
· Work location: Bangalore, Audugodi.
· Salary and compensation to be discussed during personal interview.

Job Description:
· Recruiter ( IT Hiring)
· Understand, research and post technical job descriptions , bulk mailing on Job Portals as per the clients requirements and hiring needs.
· Source potential candidates on various platforms like Job portals, employee references, Company Database, Linked in and social networking sites.
· Posessing specialized skills to screen IT resumes is preferable.
· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)is preferable.
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews to get basic details of candidates and also technical assessments) ,comparing qualifications to job requirements.
· To arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, follow up with hiring managers, on interviews and timely feedbacks.
· Follow up with the interviewed candidates on interview process with the technical panel.
· Maintaining resume database of all sourced resumes.
· Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
· UG or PG (any discipline ) Fresher or 6 months of exp is considered.
Skill Set
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS office( MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Power Point).
· Time management, multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills.
