JOB PROFILE
JD No AC01 Position Accountant
Vacancies 10 Salary Rs 1.92 Lakhs per annum
Location Banaswadi, Bengaluru Joining Immediately
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial
statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and
immediately available when needed
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, PT, ESI, Income Tax Returns
• Preparation of all Cheques Payment, Cash Payment and Journal Vouchers with proper
and detailed explanations
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
• Good knowledge of Accounting entries
• Basic knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, Tally, Direct and Indirect taxes
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must be smart, organised and able to multi task
• Team player with a positive attitude and confidence
