JOB PROFILE
JD No HR03 Position HR Officer
Vacancies 5 Salary Rs 1.92 Lakhs per annum
Location Banaswadi, Bengaluru Joining Immediately
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and
managing the hiring process
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Conduct Telephonic, Skype and/or F2F interviews
• Contact new employees and prepare on-boarding sessions
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, etc.) according to policy and
legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Must be smart, organised and able to multi task
• Team player with a positive attitude and confidence
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Word
