Marketing Strategist

Functions:

Responsibilities:
ï‚· Analyze the customer needs to design and implement marketing strategies aligned with
business targets.
ï‚· Set specific marketing goals in line with client requirements and management goals.
ï‚· Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
ï‚· Design, maintain and analyze sales and marketing metrics.
ï‚· Forecast market trends.
ï‚· Research market to identify new opportunities.
ï‚· Generate innovative ideas to promote Company Services.
ï‚· Address advertising needs.
ï‚· Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
ï‚· Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
ï‚· Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
ï‚· Establish a strong, long-term web presence
Key Skills:
ï‚· Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager.
ï‚· Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools
and social media).
ï‚· Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
ï‚· Hands-on experience in designing and executing ATL, BTL, and TTL.
ï‚· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
ï‚· Strong analytical skills.
ï‚· Team management skills.
ï‚· Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Shift: General Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed off)
Language Preference: Kannada, English and Hindi
Salary: As per industry standards and the candidate's profile.
