HR Associate/HR Manager
About the Organization: Villgro is India’s oldest and one of the world’s largest social enterprise

in sectors such as education, health, agriculture and energy.
Since our inception in 2001, we have incubated over 125 social enterprises with seed funding of
INR 8 Crore. These social enterprises have generated 4,000+ jobs and secured INR 1270+ Crore
in follow-on funding to impact over 15 million lives.

Position Summary:
Villgro is looking for a driven HR Associate/HR Manager who is excited by the challenge of
growing a team, designing robust systems and processes and making Villgro a great place
to work for.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
a. Recruit the best talent out there
b. Build a talent pipeline (full time/Interns/Consultants/Volunteers) through
outreach and building partnership with development sector institutions
c. Design and execute the internship program
2. Drive the performance management processes including associated L&D initiatives
3. Work with different sectors/sector leads to develop the KPI metrics and the HR budget.
4. Enable the culture of Villgro Values- IBEE- Integrity, Bold, Empathetic and
Entrepreneurship and drive initiatives nurture these Values.
5. Design or improve existing HR processes/systems - employee on-boarding,
engagement,employee benefits and employee satisfaction survey.
6. Actively involved in creating awareness about Prevention of Sexual Harassment
through internal trainings.

This position is also relevant for someone who aspires to get exposure in the space of
impact investment before going for further education.
Required:
â— 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and HR operations specialist
â— A creative self-starter with an interest in shaping organisations
â— Experience working independently and driving a project from start to finish
â— Great communication skills
â— Attention to detail
â— Ability to work cross-functionally and multi-task
â— Analytical skills and basic spreadsheet capabilities
â— Prior experience in the impact space or with a startup would be preferred.
